Kelly Johnson
Controller and Vice President of Finance
Kelly joins Baron with more than 20 years of experience in a broad range of accounting and financial activities, including general ledger accounting, financial reporting, payroll, internal controls, and external auditing of financial statements. A graduate of the University of Alabama, Kelly has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Master of Accountancy, and a CPA. She is responsible for directing Baron’s accounting functions, including establishing and maintaining the organization's accounting principles, practices, and procedures in accordance with GAAP.
